Curt Davis was born the second son of loving parents in Sandy Hook Kentucky, a quiet town nestled in the lush green mountains of Appalachia.

His early years were simple and idyllic …he attended the local Methodist Church with his family, got good grades in school, he even had a faithful Border Collie named Mike. His
life was almost storybook perfect until one hot afternoon at the age of fifteen he laid down to take a nap. As he fell asleep his spirit seemed to be transported into the presence
of God. His left arm was pulled upward by an unseen force and the power of God began at his fingertips and coursed through his body. It frightened him so badly that he ran
almost a mile to find his mother. When he explained to her what had happened. She said, "Honey, it's just the Lord. Don't be afraid."
There was no turning back. That afternoon ignited a
spiritual hunger and a passion for God that would guide and inspire his life for the next fifty years.
He formally accepted Jesus as his Savior under the big
gospel tent at the Oral Roberts evangelistic crusade in Cincinnati, Ohio. Not long after that, he received the baptism of the Holy Ghost. Since that day he has been a
man on a mission. He served his first congregation as pastor at the tender age of seventeen.
While pursuing his education at Asbury College in Wilmore
, Kentucky he served the student body as Class Chaplain. The next year he transferred to the University of Louisville where he received his undergraduate degrees in sociology
and psychology. While attending U of L, he served as the Associate Pastor of Evangel Tabernacle with Senior Pastor W.L. Rodgers. This now famous church of 9,000 is served
by the capable leadership of his son, Dr. Bob Rogers, and is called the Evangel World Prayer Center.

Davis founded and served several Assembly of God churches as Senior Pastor. He also served as evangelist and state-wide Kentucky Youth Director for his denomination.
In addition to his
extensive ministry resume he is known by many as a successful businessman and a high-profile attorney.
Dr. Davis and his wife, Alma (also an ordained Assembly of
God Minister) currently live in Somerset, Kentucky and host a weekly television program called "Encounter Now."

churches of China. He has become well known in the Republic of Panama where he has held several successful crusades and ministered in many churches in Panama City and David
including the great 25,000-member Hosanna Church served by Pastor Edwin Alvarez and the Tabernacle of Faith where Immanuel Ruiz is pastor.
God is using Dr. Davis' ministry. Thousands have come to Christ and many amazing miracles have taken place in the name of Jesus.
